I was playing on your server and whoosh I was kicked and banned for no reason...I really cannot believe that this happened...I do not cheat and have never been kicked or banned from any other server..Polite and Friendly?????? I think not....I just wanted to join here and say my piece....

Sometimes there are errors if someone that was gonna be kicked drops it gets the next person. Officers will get back to you on here

Hello SGCustom327,

When a situation like this occurs it can be frustrating for both you and BK. I would suggest that you send GOALuke a PM and give him some better details about the incident (date, time, server). This would then allow us to contact the Admin to determine the circumstance. There is a big difference between a Kick and a Ban. There is a possibility that you were restricted by mistake. Help us help you.

I have been told be a few people that where online that the kick was due to running. I was not present so I can not attest to what happened. I recommend taking a look at our server rules posted here: http://bkops2.com/modules.php?name=Rules I look forward to playing with you again soon.

Thank you...BUt I was not just kicked it said Punkbuster perm. banned? I never run on your server as I know it is against the rules....Am I not banned? I will be careful of the running issue

Hi SGCustom327,

We tend not to ban anyone unless the issue is severe (swearing directed at players or server, cheating, disrespect against anyone or racial comments). I do apologize if it said that it was a permanent ban. Most likely it was a kick using Punkbuster Kick client and was only supposed to be for 15 minutes as that is the customary measure for first time offenders. I am sure someone is looking into whether or not your name is on the ban list. Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can have you back and playing again soon!

I just tried to p[ay on your server and it says permanent ban...I did nothing wrong, was never warned about anything . apparently some people said I was running but I do not believe I was as I know the rules and do not run ever on your server....I still do not understand why I was banned...I really believe it is unfair....

There is no perm ban you should be able to get into server one now.

This is the message I get when I try and enter the server

SGCustom Punkbuster perm ban issued on this gameserver for "SGCustom"...Prior Kick/ban..

This makes no sense...I did nothing wrong...I am not kicked or banned on any other server I play on...
