BC2 Server Crashes

I'm sure all the BFBC2 players have notices the server crashing since the last patch. We are not sure why and our hosting company is not also. We believe it has something to do with the last patch. Though I need your help to fix it. We need to create a log of when these crashes happen. If you are online when the server fully crashes or just kicks everyone from the server please PM me right away the time in EST as close to when it happen as possible. This way we can go back in the logs and see what exactly happened at that time.

This is very important and your help would be greatly appreciated.
